Late Cancellation
A late cancellation occurs when a class is cancelled outside of the cancellation window.
10hrs - all A.M Classes
5hrs- all P.M. Classes

A $15 late-cancel fee will be charged

Your class credit will remain on your account
No-Show
A no-show occurs when a client does not attend class and does not cancel in advance.

A $25 no-show fee will be charged.

Class pass will remain on your account
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Studio doors lock at class start time to avoid disrupting class, if late for class you will not be permitted to enter and a no show fee will be applied.
No-shows and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds
Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file
Membership Cancellation
All Poise memberships require 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date to cancel. Memberships will remain active and continue to bill during the 30-day notice period. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time or classes
Membership Freeze / Hold
Members may request a temporary freeze on their membership under the following terms: Freeze requests must be submitted in writing via email or Instagram direct messageMemberships may be frozen for a minimum of 7 days and up to a maximum of 90 days per freeze. Members may use up to 4 freezes per calendar year. Billing will be paused during the approved freeze period and will automatically resume once the freeze ends. Membership end dates will be extended to reflect the freeze period
