late cancellation
All class cancellations must be made at least 10 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made after this window will result in the loss of a class credit or a fee for membership holders.
Members will incur a $15 fee for late cancellations and a $20 fee for no-shows.
To cancel your booking, please log into your account via our website or mobile app. Email cancellations are not accepted.

To maintain a focused and respectful class environment, studio doors will be locked one minute before the scheduled start time. We kindly ask that you arrive early and be settled on your mat, ready to begin, at the start of class.
Late arrivals will not be permitted to join once the doors are closed, and a no-show fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to creating a mindful space for all.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership by providing a written cancellation notice to the Studio at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email [info@studio92yxe.ca] or in-person at the Studio.
Membership fees for the 30-day notice period are non-refundable.
