Late Cancellation
A late cancellation occurs when a class is cancelled within the designated cancellation window.

A $15 late-cancel fee will be charged

Your class credit will remain on your account

No-Show
A no-show occurs when a client does not attend class and does not cancel in advance.
Class Pass Holders

The class credit will be forfeited

No additional fee will be charged
Members

A no-show fee will be charged:

$23 for Mat classes

$30 for Reformer classes

To maintain a focused and respectful class environment, studio doors will be locked one minute before the scheduled start time. We kindly ask that you arrive early and be settled on your mat, ready to begin, at the start of class.
Late arrivals will not be permitted to join once the doors are closed, and a no-show fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to creating a mindful space for all.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership by providing a written cancellation notice to the Studio at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email [info@studio92yxe.ca] or in-person at the Studio.
Membership fees for the 30-day notice period are non-refundable.
